THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive to support our Branding & Marketing Manager in bringing six distinct brands to life.

You will be the hands-on engine of our social channels — creating content and caring for our communities. You bring the ideas and the execution. The Branding & Marketing Manager brings the strategy and brand direction. Together you will make sure each brand shows up consistently, on time, and looking its best, every single week.

We are a team that embraces AI, and we want someone who uses it to create faster and think bigger — from ideation through to editing.

This is a great role for a creative, platform-native person who wants to do the work, learn fast, and see their content reach thousands of guests.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

No two days look the same. A typical week might involve shooting a new menu launch at one of our cafes in the morning, editing a batch of Reels and Stories over lunch, scheduling the week's posts, replying to a wave of comments and DMs, checking how last week's content performed, and syncing with the Branding & Marketing Manager on an upcoming campaign.

Some days are quiet and edit-heavy. Others are fast, on-location and full of energy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Create content — short, edit, schedule and publish posts, Reels and Stories across our brands, following the direction and calendar set with the Branding & Marketing Manager
Shoot and edit — capture short-form video and photography in-store and on-location, quickly, with a phone and light kit
Community — reply to comments and DMs across assigned brand accounts, engage followers, and keep each brand's tone right. Escalate service issues and complaints to the relevant outlet manager promptly
Support campaigns — support the launches, seasonal menus, promotions, and collaborations that the Branding & Marketing Manager plans
Paid social support — set up and boost posts across Meta and TikTok under the Branding & Marketing Manager's direction. Monitor spend and basic performance, and flag what is and is not working
Local SEO support — keep our Google Business Profiles current across outlets (hours, photos, menus, review responses) and apply keyword and caption basics so our content is easier to find
KOL coordination — coordinate influencer and food creator visits: scheduling, logistics, and hosting on the day
Use AI — use AI tools to work faster and smarter: drafting captions and ideas, generating and editing images and video, researching trends, and streamlining your day-to-day
Report — track reach, engagement, saves, and follower growth by brand, and share a simple monthly update on what is working and what is not
Consistency and ideas — keep each brand's tone, look, and quality distinct and consistent, and bring fresh, on-trend ideas to the table

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Essential:

One to three years in social media and content — F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or agency
A portfolio, showreel, or links to two or three accounts you have personally run. Applications without work samples will not be reviewed
A creative, ideas-driven eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and food that looks irresistible
Strong hands-on skills across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, plus shooting and editing short-form video and photography
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager at boosting and basic campaign level
Basic understanding of local SEO — keywords, captions, hashtags, and Google Business Profile management
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, image and video generators) to create, ideate, and work efficiently
Able to juggle several brands and deadlines without dropping quality, and to hold distinct brand voices apart rather than blending them into one
Comfortable working in live restaurant environments, including occasional evenings and weekends for shoots
A genuine love for food, hospitality, culture and people
Based in Singapore and able to travel between our outlets

Advantageous:

Basic design ability (Canva, Figma or Adobe)
Familiarity with Xiaohongshu
Written Mandarin
Experience with a multi-outlet or multi-brand group
Familiarity with the Singapore F&B and dining scene
